ABOUT THE RUGGIERO DISSERTATION AWARD
In 2009, Guido Ruggiero, Professor of History, made a generous donation to the Center for the Humanities of the University of Miami to establish the Ruggiero Dissertation Award in honor of his brother, David John Ruggiero.
The Ruggiero Dissertation Award is granted every year to the best dissertation submitted that year in any field in the Humanities at the University of Miami.
