The scholarship will be awarded to a deserving first-year UM student with financial need from the community where the funds were raised.

Once the Chicago ’Canes Community Scholarship Fund reaches the campaign goal, the Office of Undergraduate Admission will identify qualifying students as potential recipient(s) of a $1,000 scholarship.
